Nancy Constantinople Wins 2024 Supernova Award

The Supernova Award represents our company’s pinnacle in individual achievement. The award, chosen through anonymous voting of their peers, is presented to the standout team member of the year by our Executive Team during the Senior Living Communities Annual Meeting Memory Gala, a night dedicated to celebrating those who excel in their profession, foster a culture of compassionate professionalism and positive leadership, and put people first, always.

This year, we are proud to congratulate our Transition Specialist, Nancy Constantinople, as the recipient of the 2024 Evergreen Woods Supernova Award.As the community’s Transition Specialist, she assists new move-ins and potential Members with their transition to the community. Nancy connects multiple departments and serves as a liaison, ensuring that new members and their families smoothly transition into the community.

Nancy has been a dedicated team member at Evergreen Woods for the last 12 years. She has embraced each role she has had, knowing she can continue to make a difference in the lives of our Members. Starting as a housekeeper and now serving as the Director of Hospitality, she has consistently made each day exceptional for the Members she serves.
