2025 Supernova Winner

Kristin Mitchell Wins 2025 Supernova Award

Director of Facility Services Takes Home Highest Honor

The Supernova Award represents the pinnacle of individual achievement in our community. This prestigious honor, determined through anonymous peer voting, is presented to the standout team member of the year by our Executive Team during the Senior Living Communities Annual Meeting Memory Gala. It’s a night dedicated to celebrating those who excel in their profession, fostering a culture of compassionate professionalism, positive leadership, and putting people first, always.

This year, we are proud to congratulate our Director of Facilities Services, Kristin Michelle, as the recipient of the 2025 Evergreen Woods Supernova Award. As the Director of Facility Services, Kristin plans, directs, organizes, and supervises the short-term, scheduled, preventative, and emergency maintenance for the equipment, buildings, and grounds of the campus. Additionally, she provides overall supervision for all maintenance personnel, housekeeping personnel, and projects across all departments.

“I enjoy being part of a team that provides a culture that embraces the older generation and strives to make their lives here at Evergreen Woods active and enjoyable. I make it a mission to put a smile on our Members and my teammates’ faces. A smile can change someone’s day.”
